Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide analysis toward all company financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Variance analysis of monthly financial results including the interpretation of current month performance information as a predictive tool for attainment of full year performance expectations.
- Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly board of directors’ packages
- Discuss monthly operating results and forecasts with senior management to provide them with a clear understanding of the company’s financial progress versus targets.
- Design and distribute to senior management a monthly financial reporting package; include analysis of key business metrics and recommendations to improve the business results where opportunities exist.
- Assist in providing financial analysis on implementing business strategies and initiatives
- Various ad hoc analysis and other projects as needed

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Highly analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems required, Sage Intacct preferred
