Inside Sales Consultant

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Through a consultative sales approach, you will grow our customer base in designated states via telephone, email, social media and other prospecting sources to create new business opportunities while managing leads from a new custom platform. To be successful, you will discover the customer’s needs and the reasons for those needs to gain a full understanding of what they want to accomplish with their course and why. Then, you will present our appropriate solution that addresses their needs allowing their course to be more relevant, accessible and affordable. Overall, you strive to exceed revenue goals and sales productivity metrics, in our fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This position rewards hard work with a generous commission and benefit package.
WHO YOU ARE
A college educated, homerun hitting salesperson with multiple years of experience in a professional inside sales environment. While not necessary, experience in selling into higher education will give you and edge. You can articulate your thoughts on sales methodology and provide specific examples of meeting sales revenue targets. You are a creative thinker who is willing to learn, grow and adapt in an ever-evolving market. Your success in the past is due to your competitive drive and amazing prospecting, negotiation and closing skills. Overall, you are a driven sales professional ready to take on a new challenge and willing to raise your game to be successful at it.
