Jeanne L. Kuhler earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 1998 from Texas Tech University. She has worked in the pharmaceutical and plastics industries in the areas of synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, research and development, process chemistry and analytical chemistry, and has co-authored several chemical publications. Dr. Kuhler earned her M.S. in Chemistry in 1992 from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, and her Honors B.S. in Chemistry and Business in 1990 from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, writing computer programs, writing music, and various outdoor activities.
Dr. Kuhler had a very no-nonsense style of explaining chemistry to us by using many everyday examples that we could relate to. She explained many examples in a way that was easy to understand. She was one of the best instructors I've ever had.
