Just provide your XanEdu
account team with a list of the citations you need cleared
and the format of the materials you will be using (print
or digital). Once copyrights are cleared you will receive,
for your approval, a pre-certification letter via email,
stating what has been cleared and how much the order will
be. After receiving your approval, or after three days,
a certification letter is sent for your records. The official
certification letter details all permissions and XanEdu's

and one certified master copy you can use to produce your

XanEdu may ask for hard copy materials to use in building
the master. All materials sent to XanEdu will be scanned,
digitally cleaned and if you'd prefer, can include pagination,
table of contents and bibliography. Your originals can be
returned upon request after the scanning process.
